By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Ze French Teacher Elite Mentorship Program or any of our standalone Digital Courses (collectively, the "H1 System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Ze French Teacher is a specialized, premium educational service engineered by a native French teacher who has lived in Ireland for 15 years and possesses over 10+ years of continuous, deep experience coaching Irish students for the Leaving Cert exam. The founder holds a Master’s Degree in Translation (English/French/Spanish) and a Master’s Degree in Pedagogical Engineering.
We offer two distinct learning paths:
The Elite Mentorship Program: A hybrid ecosystem combining live 1-on-1 mentorship, personalized essay corrections, bespoke oral preparation, and full 24/7 access to the Digital Portal (H1 French System).
Standalone Digital Courses: Self-paced digital learning modules and masterclasses accessed purely through our online platform without live 1-on-1 coaching.
Target Audience: All products and services are explicitly engineered for Higher-Level Leaving Cert French students (6th Year) who want to maximize their results, ideally achieving H1–H2 grades.
Immediate Digital Access: You receive immediate access to the H1 French System Digital Portal as soon as you complete your booking.
Service Timeline: All active mentorship services—including live 1-on-1 Oral sessions, individual written essay corrections, and direct teacher support—begin on September 2nd, 2026, and run through to the end of the academic year.
Weekly 1-on-1 Live Sessions (Zoom & Google Docs): Students receive a weekly 15-minute 1-on-1 grind to practice oral skills, refine written work, and address targeted individual questions.
Unlimited Written Corrections & Audio Blueprint: Students may submit written work outside of class hours for comprehensive, line-by-line human corrections, and receive custom, personalized human audio tracks of their individual oral script.
Instant Unlocking: Upon purchasing a standalone digital course, full access to all video lessons, modules, downloadable PDFs, and frameworks included in that course is granted immediately.
Self-Paced Structure: Standalone Digital Courses do not include live Zoom grinds, individual essay corrections, or custom oral audio files unless explicitly stated in the specific course description.
Teacher-Directed Access (Mentorship Students): There is no rigid, automated pacing schedule built into the portal. Instead, the founder personally diagnoses the student's specific weaknesses during 1-on-1 touchpoints and directly refers them to the exact digital modules, masterclasses, or materials they need at that specific moment in their preparation.
Active Participation: To experience the full benefit of either the Mentorship or Digital Courses, students must actively review masterclasses, submit written essays, and attend their scheduled live Oral preparation slots.
Upon purchase, you are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased digital components. All materials, structural blueprints, custom audio tracks, and system frameworks remain the sole intellectual property of Ze French Teacher.
Mentorship Access Window & Term Continuity: Continued access to mentorship services and the digital portal requires active enrollment in each term. If you choose not to register for Terms 2 & 3, all live services and portal access will end on December 31st.
Digital Course Access Window: Standalone Digital Course licenses grant access for the duration of the relevant academic school year (ending following the conclusion of the Leaving Cert French written examination in June).
Prohibited Actions: Account sharing, credential splitting, copying, reproducing, reselling, or public redistribution of any text, proprietary frameworks, video lessons, or audio recordings is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and access without a refund.

Free 15-Minute Oral Trial & Phone Chat: Before committing, we can have a call to answer all your questions, and your child can try a 15-minute sample oral session to see if my teaching style is the right fit.
Term-by-Term Payment (No paying for the full year upfront): Tuition is split into two installments rather than requiring a full-year commitment upfront:
Payment 1: Term 1 (€800): Due at registration to secure your dedicated weekly 1-on-1 time slot (available Wednesdays–Thursdays, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and gain full access for Term 1 (runs September 2 – December 31).
Payment 2: Terms 2 & 3 (€1,200): Due January 1 to cover the rest of the academic year through June.
Strict No-Refund Policy: Because student numbers are strictly limited to give every single student my full personal energy, custom resources, and 10+ years of expertise, I do not offer refunds once a term has started. Billing term-by-term gives you complete peace of mind while letting me focus entirely on getting your child their top grade.
All Sales Are Final: Because digital courses provide instant, 100% full access to proprietary educational videos, masterclasses, and downloadable materials upon purchase, all sales of standalone digital courses are strictly final and non-refundable.
While historical data demonstrates that 85% of the founder's mentorship students achieve an H1 or H2, and over 300 students have been successfully guided through this process, individual results depend heavily on the student's personal commitment, active use of the materials, application of provided frameworks, and performance under live exam conditions.
Data Protection & GDPR: We process personal information strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant national data protection laws. Minors (Under 18): As our services cater to secondary school students, enrollment and digital purchases should be conducted with the knowledge, involvement, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Taxation & Compliance: The operator of the Service is a tax resident of France. Corporate taxes and fiscal responsibilities are filed and settled within the French tax system. Irish VAT is collected or applicable only on digital passive courses if cross-border EU sales thresholds (>€10,000/year) require One Stop Shop (OSS) registration.
Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any legal disputes arising from the use of our Service or Digital Courses shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
